Each year we start with new plans, but we should also look back. 2017 has passed very quickly, and we can say that in this year we have not bored at all, because we had always events to organize. Reviewing the achievements and looking at current programs and to those to wait to be implemented we can say that the past period was successful, we managed to bring a plus in the lives of people in our region, with tangible and intangible results as well.
On March 14. 2018. the 11th- A grade pupils at the Bod Péter Pedagogical High school in Târgu Secuiesc hosted EVS volunteers Haykuhi Harutyunyan from Armenia and Isabel Fernandez from Spain. Green Sun Association is searching for a russian volunteer for an already approved EVS project in Targu Secuiesc, Transylvania, Romania. The project is financed through the European Voluntary Service (EVS) programme of the European Commission. The venues of their activities will be in the small town of Targu Secuiesc. This project is coordinated by Green Sun Association with more than 6 years of experience in coordinating EVS projects.
31th of January EVS volunteer of Green Sun Association Haykuhi Harutyunyan was invited in Petőfi Sándor school from Kézdivásárhely by English teacher Sándor Enikő.
This was already the second visit in the school. First, Haykuhi was invited in December, when she prepared for the children Armenian national sweet as well. In both cases, the aim of the visit was to share to the pupiles the armenian culture and speak about Armenia in general.
On February 9th, at the Vigadó Cultural House we could get to know better the culture and history of a part from Spain, Andalusia. The event began with flamenco dance, the daners were Isabel Fernández and Haykuhi Harutyunyan. The song chosen was Entre dos aguas from guitar player Paco de Lucía. Next we could watch a video of the most representative place of Spain.
