On 5 January 2024, Bandi Zsolt, an environmental engineer, gave a unique presentation about his experiences in Ghana at the invitation of the Green Sun Association. The members and volunteers of the Green Sun Association met for the last time this year to close the year 2023 in a festive mood. The organization closed a fully busy year with local and international programs as well. The previous customs were not broken, so Green Sun programs could be found in many parts of our region and Europe. The meeting was opened by Mustafa Erol's presentation, an ESC volunteer from Turkey, of the newspaper "ESC Times".

On 27 December, the volunteers of the Green Sun Association celebrated Christmas for the thirteenth time with a special initiative: a joint eco-gift programme. The aim of the event was for volunteers to not only express their love and bond among themselves, but also to spread the message of sustainability and healthy living. On December 20 and 21, the "Christmas town for Children" event took place in W. Wegener Park in Kézdivásárhely, where families from the entire area had the opportunity to participate, including the Christmas version of the "Family in Motion!" event. Eighteen families entered the competition, consisting of six challenges, with the aim of mobilizing, coordinating, and, of course, entertaining families. As the end of the year approaches, we take stock of the results we have achieved and where we have come in this year. The Green Sun Association of Kézdivásárhely organizes its year-end evaluation for the fifteenth time. It has become a tradition over the years to hold a final meeting on December 29, where we count on your presence as well. Starting from September 11, the Green Sun Association has launched a Turkish conversation club for the fifth time. The hosting duties are taken on by Gülcan Babir and Sinem Tosun, volunteers from the "Heal the Earth, Reloaded Edition II ESC" project, who make considerable efforts to efficiently convey the intricacies of this special language to the participants. The main goal of the project was fulfilled by creating a partnership between the Association of Youth Institute for Development and Asociatia Zöld Nap to identify, transfer and implement innovative practices in the field of youth employment by building a virtual youth career center with access to an innovative web-based career platform guidance with adapted artificial intelligence to facilitate finding suitable job positions according to the individual requirements of young people.

The Green Sun Association organized the Armenian Conversation Club for the fourth time, conducted over three months in the Sport Hostel. Each session was filled with joy and laughter, with the only participation requirement being basic knowledge of the English language. The final international conference of the DigiON partnership project took place in the Slovenian capital Ljubljana from 17-19 March 2023. The DigiON project, in cooperation with teachers from Italy, Slovenia and Transylvania (Romania), promotes the safe and responsible use of digital technology among primary school pupils.
