Every Monday from 15.00-16.00 our sports event takes place at the Kézdivásárhely Sports Center, where our association (Green Sun Association) volunteers and local children play table tennis, badminton, basketball, and football.
On 20.03.2023, my fellow volunteers Mariam Evanesyan and Alik Mazmanyan and I went to the sports center. In the beginning, we played table tennis. It is usually played in alternating pairs. This means that the teams playing table tennis are constantly changing. After a while, we played soccer with local children. The weather was sunny and warm that day, so we played badminton outside after soccer.
That day I realized that I missed summer. Playing in the fresh air adds energy to my existing point. In the last minutes, Erdély Betty and her dog Leyla arrived. I love dogs, so I immediately started to pet Leyla. She is an adorable little dog. I took her in my lap, and she was not uncomfortable at all. After spending some time with Leyla, we finished our activity for the day.
