It’s always a good experience to get acquainted with like-minded people who have similar values with us. It’s even better to do something together with them for what we believe in. After a short „orientation” -with these thoughts in my head- I decided to join the Green Sun Association team as a volunteer. The more we are, the more we can do. I thought a determined team with the same purposes can realize a lot of things. And I was right, I can experience this since the day I joined the team. The determined team was given, so I just joined them.

There was a Logo designing competition (17. March - 17. April), organized by the European People’s Party (EPP), which was founded in 1975 and this year it is celebrating its 35th anniversary. The 4 members of the jury chose the best 4 works, and now it's the Facebook fans' turn to decide who the winner should be. Among the 4 best works chosen by the jury, you can see and vote on Boga Emese-Margit's logo. She is a Transylvanian girl and a volunteer at the Green Sun Association. Pleas help her and give a LIKE on her Logo, which is published on the official EPP Facebook page.

I am being asked by many people why am I volunteering for the Green Sun Association. My answer is simple: because I really love doing it, because protecting the environment is very important for me. I think there are few other ways to bring the importance of protecting our environment to people’s attention. It would be a real challenge to iniciate campaigns of this nature of my own. But this way, being a team, people pay attention to our activity, and I have the opportunity to do something for my future and others future.
