The Green Sun Association, in partnership with the National Tourist Information and Promotion Center in Târgu Secuiesc, participated for the first time at the “Best Water” for the Pancake at the “Aquarius” Waters Festival, being the only team made up of men. The loaf was prepared on the basis of a special recipe of former Spanish volunteer Gema Puerma Castillo. Photos from the event are available on the association’s Facebook page.

Twelve teams participated in the festival and prepared very tasty mineral water pancakes. Most  teams have prepared pancakes with various fillings, and with or without gluten or sugar. The team from Târgu Secuiesc filled the pancakes with a special filling prepared from rice, milk, raisins, bitter chocolate, brown sugar, oranges and lemon. The team composed by Dósa Csaba CNIPT, Ráduly Attila, Balázs Attila and Szabó Attila, members of the Green Sun Association have prepared the pancake with Fortyogó mineral water.

The jury of several members in the pancake contest took into account both the presentation and the way how it was prepared.
