Between July 18-19, the Green Sun Association organized the second team building of this year for the organization’s volunteers. The training consisted of applying numerous non-formal methods: team building games, games that were meant to strengthen communication skills as well as other fun educational games. The first day of the training was organized in Târgu Secuiesc, its purpose being to strengthen the team of volunteers of the association by applying different methods. The volunteers met in Molnár Jozsias Park where they participated in the interactive presentation given by Molnár Henrietta, trainer of the OTP Foundation, after which in the organization’s office they participated in the activities prepared by Katalin Derzsi. Saturday the event ended with some board games and a nice dinner together. The next day the participants traveled to Vărșag to the Csorgókő waterfall.
